Ever wonder why some blocks stick and other fall? Or how long a distance you can extend blocks outwards without supporting them from below?
I ran across a nice guide by Gazz (with pictures!) on the 7 Days to Die forums that I thought many would find helpful:

Example (slight changes):
The mouseover-tooltip of a block (like a Wood Frame) shows this information:
Max Load: 36
Mass: 6
Translate "Max Load" as "Glue" and you're halfway there.
Each of the 4 side faces of this block can hold a mass of 36.
So you can attach 6 wood frames to the side of another wood frame. (6 x 6 = 36) Try it. The 7th won't stick.
A metal block has a mass of 20 so you can attach only a single metal block to the side of a wood block. (20 x 2 = 40, which is bigger than the max load of 36.)
