  • Claim are 25x25 (12 in each direction from the claim block) and they extend from bedrock to Skylimit
  • Loot re-spawn every 3 In game days ( but need to be empty in order to spawn loot)
  • Claim block decay happen after 5 real life days
  • It is Ok to loot a house if the claim block is decayed.
  • Drop on Death is the tool-belt.
